Nana's Princess.... & Another Fathers Day

Gigi invited us to a tea party at the Bird's Eye View Bed & Breakfast... This family host's AMAZING parties throughout the year!  This was a special day for all the little girls!  They got to come dressed up as princesses and be pampered like one too!  I can't wait for Clara to grow out of this shy phase so she can enjoy herself more!

Nana bought Clara tickets... Thanks Nana!!!

First stop.... making a Halo... Which, was alot of convincing to get her to do this!

 The finsished product!

Clara did a cupcake walk and won!  I didn't get a picture of her doing the walk, because of course, I was doing it with her :-)

What girl doesn't love a pedicure???

Clara wasn't quite sold on drinking tea... So... we pretended....

And you wouldn't beleive the incredible food they put out on these platters.... SO GOOD!!!!

 Cheese!!!

Waiting in line for some makeup!!!

 Before...
 After....! YIKES!

We got to celebrate father's day again with Papa....  And what a beautiful day outside.  So we had to go down to the beach and explore!

Papa and Clara found alot of crabs... Which was not something she wanted to even get close to touching!  And boy did she let us know!  Looking at them was as close as she was going to go....

Nana is so good at making sure these girls have EVERYTHING!  I think the collection at Nana's is more than at our own! She has been working at making a dress up collection for the girls and was sweet enough to take Clara the other night with her to pick out some fun things!!!  We have a very special Nana and we are SO lucky!!!

Dad and Chad getting the food started... Fish and chips, with the halibut Chad caught last month.  SO GOOD!!!!

Nana making sure everyone's tiara's stay on!

Natalie had just enjoyed herself a fry... In this picture she is signing more!  Guess she liked it!  But... There's not much this kid doesn't like!

She seems to want to be held an awful lot lately... so thank you to all the inventors of baby carriers!  They are a life saver!

 The Grandkids helping Papa......

Ohhhh and desert.... can't skip that meal...! Nana made mini reeses peanut butter cup cookies!

 yes... natalie loved it....

 And the ice cream too!

And Clara is having a moment of enjoying her cookie and the wonderful view!  Thanks Nana, they were excellent!  And when Clara got up from bed this morning she said " my tummy hurts, I think I ate to much ice cream and cookie last night at Nana's, but I won't puke this time"....

End of School.... And a VERY SPECIAL Daddy!

Clara had her last day of pre-school picnic at the owner of the school's home... It was gorgeous!  We got to play in the grass, bounce houses, under a parachute, and on the beach. We enjoyed popsicles and yummy treats too...  I don't have pictures of all of this since Natalie consumed both of my hands.  That's why the only picutes you see are the only ones I got!

Clara LOVES her swing.... After her school picnic we went straight home, and put Natalie down for a nap. Since I have a spectacular view of the play set out of our kitchen window, I was able to send Clara out by herself while I prepped food for Auntie Kerina's baby shower! Clara got little cups and put them at the table for a "tea party"  She told me a few minutes later at the kitchen window... "mom, this is the best day I ever did!"

A moment of loving each other!

Thanks Daddy for putting the table and chairs in our playhouse!

And... What a special Daddy we have!!!  Happy Fathers Day!  He know's how to make us laugh, teach us cool new tricks... And tease us alot!

We took our special guy out to San Carlos for dinner, one of his favorite places....!

And the next day... We had some fun peeps over to play with!  Emma, Ava and Sara!

Unlike her sister, there is nothing about being cautious with this little gal!

Emma is going to be a great Mommy one day... She just took little Natalie under her wing and made sure she was is in sight at all times!

 Future babysitter????

And while Natalie took a nap, the girls made some chocolate chip mint cookies... And enjoyed the movie Tangled.

Peek a boo!!!  Natalie loves hats....

Clara and I saw a beautiful butterfly!  She didn't understand why it wouldn't come to her....

Books... Books... Books... This is a new thing for Natalie... She really enjoys looking at the books now instead of just using them a tooth sharpener.

And another new , and interesting thing....Blowing her nose.  If she sees a tissue, she must have it, and she blows!!!  I can't quite say it's helpful, more hindering still at this point. But.... It is pretty darn funny!
